Enter your Enrolment No. : Enter Enrolment No. in Capital Letters, without any spaces or symbols in between the numbers and characters like Y4531 or GG1234.

First Name Enter your First Name (only capital letters and space is allowed, symbol & special characters are allowed)

Middle Name Enter your Middle Name (only capital letters and space is allowed, symbol & special characters are allowed)

Last Name Enter your Last Name (only capital letters and space is allowed, symbol & special characters are allowed)

Date of Birth Select your Date of Birth as per the records of SSC/High School Certificate (DD/MM/YYYY)

Enter Aadhaar No. Enter Aadhaar No. this is not mandatory but it is advised that you provide correct Aadhaar No.

Enter Mobile No. Enter a valid & working Mobile No. this mobile no should not be linked with any account on this website

E-Mail Address Enter a working Email id which is not already registered on this website earlier
